What is your typical turnaround time?
Typical 7-10 business days, but please call us as our schedule can allow for us to meet shorter production times.
What is the least amount of shirts I can order?
SCREEN PRINTING: Our shop minimum is 12 pieces. If you need less than 12, we suggest using a shop that has digital printing capabilities - DTG Printing.
EMBROIDERY: Our shop minimum is 6.
Can I change the ink color in my order?
You can have color changes in the art, but it can ONLY be done in increments of 24. For example, 24 white shirts with red ink and 24 white shirts with black ink. There is a color change fee of $15/change.
How do I get the price per shirt down?
- Get to our next price break (sales rep will know)
- Print in fewer locations with fewer colors
- Choose more economical garments versus premium options
- Don't print on pigment-dyed shirts that require a bleed blocker ink
- Stick to a white or light-colored shirt
- Do not print with a premium ink such as waterbase or discharge inks.
Can I mix the garment types in my order?
Yes, as long as the design is exactly the same on each item and is printed in the same location and same size on all of the shirts or garment style.
Do dark shirts cost more?
Yes! Dark shirts are more expensive to buy blank and require an underbase (almost like a primer) to make sure the color is accurate and "pops" on the garment.
When does your typical 5-7 day turn around time begin?
When we have received your quote approval and 50% deposit. We will send you the art approval request within 48 hours for you to sign off on. If there is a delay in your approval of our mockup, changes to the mockup, or stock issues from the vendor, turn- around time may be delayed.
The garment I want is out of stock - how does this affect me?
We do our best to check stock when quoting to ensure your shirt is available, but sometimes our vendors will run out of particular styles or colors. Stock is the same for all screen printers across the country, as we share the same distributors. If this happens, we can offer a variety of possible substitute products from other vendors or you can choose to wait until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished, then we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be back in stock when the vendor says they will. If you choose a substitute garment, then we should be able to stick to our typical turnaround time. All of our vendors can have inventory problems at one time or another, especially in the busy season (summer and fall).
